Establishing an Enterprise UX Community

John Deere was in the throes of a digital transformation and rapidly adding UX professionals to keep up with demand. In response to a growing need for peer support and learning, I founded the John Deere UX Community of Practice.

Improving Dealer Workflow with Agile UX

I led an agile delivery team through a redesign of the management queue in a John Deere dealer service app. Key Results: Task speed increased 4X, redundant clicks reduced to 0, and user complaints disappeared.

End-to-End Health Website Redesign

Toothwisdom.org was not mobile-friendly nor easy to use. In response, I led an end-to-end redesign with usability testing, prototyping, and quantitative research. Key Results: Mobile Activity up 33%; Unique Users up 15%.

Leading Discovery on a Cross-Functional Team

I organized a cross-functional team to develop a new strategy for our marketing & fundraising website. This project included a content audit, persona generation, prioritization activities, and visual refresh for oralhealthamerica.org.

Usability Testing for a Business/Finance NGO

As part of a graduate seminar on Usability Testing, I and a team of my classmates conducted a usability study and made UX recommendations for the First Children’s Finance website.
